If not support this feature, how to support it by modifying the strongswan, any idea? thanks!

This might just be a matter of proper configuration of the IPsec SAs and the DHCP server (and/or relay or firewall). There is a very old how-to for FreeS/WAN which might give you some ideas (it won't be directly applicable, especially the dhcprelay tool might not be of much use anymore).

To assign attributes such as IP addresses and DNS servers to a client you may also use configuration payloads within IKE (see VirtualIP and related pages).
