This is most likely a problem of the insertion/removal of credential_sets (ocsp_wrapper) while another enumerator is on the list. The reimplemented enumerator in r3711 should fix the problem.
I was unable to test the scenario, as my winnetou's apache won't execute ocsp.cgi. Please rerun the test.
